A neighborhood academy, properly registered
Austin United FC Academy is a nonprofit organization recognized by the IRS. That means two very concrete things: the money that comes in stays on the field, and anyone who supports us gets their receipt. We train at Mendez Middle School, in 78744, which is where most of our families live.
Served in Spanish
Enrollment, notices and permission forms come in both languages. No parent should sign something they cannot read.
Character, not just skill
Showing up on time, looking out for a teammate, holding on when you are losing. That gets learned playing, and it gets used for life.
The program
Three age groups, the same coach all year, and local league play on weekends. Here is how it works.
Ages 5 to 8
First contact with the ball. Coordination, play, and wanting more. What matters here is that they want to come back on Tuesday.
Ages 9 to 11
Real soccer starts: positions, passing, reading the game. The age where the jump shows.
Ages 12 to 18
Competition, fitness and decision-making. For the player who wants high school soccer or beyond.

Your business on the field
Every Saturday there are families on this side of Austin watching their kids play. Your business can be there — on the jersey, on the field banner and on this site — and the money stays in the neighborhood.
